Overnight oats are a mix of rolled oats with almondmilk, coconut milk or regular milk and are eaten cold. They’re mixed with spices such as cinnamon, fresh or dried fruit and sometimes even chocolate for something extra indulgent.

To make overnight oats just put everything into a mason jar, give it a mix and let it chill overnight in the fridge. The oats soak up all the flavors and are ready to go in the morning!

Hey Christine! Thanks a lot for sharing this time-saving recipe. I think they are perfect for morning rushes. Can I use clarified butter instead of almond butter? I love the nutty taste of ghee butter. Please suggest.

Of course! I’ve never tried that. It would definitely change the flavor of the oats! You could try to replace it with half and see how that turns out to start. Almost any nut butter works great, but I’ve never tried it with ghee butter. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
