RECEIVING YOUR CAKE
Your cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal! Do not consume or touch any remaining dry ice.
STORING YOUR CAKE
FREEZER: Remove cake from bakery box and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
REFRIGERATOR: Remove the plastic wrap while frozen and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
BRING CAKE TO ROOM TEMPERATURE
Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If frozen, remove the plastic from the cake, return to the box and keep refrigerated overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and allow cake to come to room temperature; approximately 2 hours. If your cake has a sugar paper decal, keep the cake in its box while on the counter and out of direct sunlight to avoid color changes.
READY TO SERVE YOUR CAKE?
1. Use a large knife.
2. Run the knife blade under hot water.
3. Dry the knife with a towel before every new slice.
4. Store remaining cake in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
